After just having completed their first round of private investment, TopVisible, the search-agency-turned-software-development startup announced that they have recieved a grant from Swedish government fund Vinnova. The grant is 45 000 euro and is for further development of their software RankTrail, with a focus on creating software for optimization and analysis of e-commerce websites.

The grant was one of 130 applications to Vinnova, and one of the few that made it through.

“It is a great honor to be the winner among so many talented companies. This will enable us to launch very interesting software that will make it easier for everyone working in digital marketing.” says Fredrik Lethin, CEO of TopVisible.

This is actually the second funding by Vinnova TopVisible has recieved – in november 2012 they got 33 000 euro for the first software development as well.
