AirHelps product is an easy to use service to get compensates when being delayed by flight. So far they report that they have helped over 900 000 customers, most of them with simple claims and re-imbursement, but sometimes filing lawsuits on their behalf. Especially in the EU, where customers are legally entitled to refunds for significant delays, Airhelp makes that process easy.

“We saw an opportunity in automating the process so we could handle thousands of claims and not necessarily have to do it manually. [We want to] Take all that hassle and paperwork away from people.” co-founder and CEO Henrik Zillmer tells TechCrunch.

Especially amongst business people who travel a lot, Airhelp is a success:
