In the program a maximum of ten companies are accepted each 6 month. The goal is for these companies to grow at least twice as fast as the e-commerce industry as a whole. Historic track record is that they, in aggregate, grow at least three times as fast as the industry.

E-Commerce Park aims to facilitate the journey to success by offering opportunities to learn from various e-commerce experts and providing solutions for challenges like warehousing and third-party logistics, as well as co-working space.

And recently, the startup reported that they have passed another milestone and beat their all-time record – 570 online shops in 30 days!
It is all a part of Quickbutik’s plan: to reach 1500 new shops until March 15th.

So what could have caused such a big increase? According to Azddin Benberkan, the founder and CEO of Quickbutik, it is a mix of various techniques and factors:

“Our growth is primarily organic, because we live and breathe “word of mouth”. We cherish our customers and this results in a positive snowball effect. Then I also think that those, who have been thinking about the next step, have dared to invest in January – it is a month, where several people generally review their business and make decisions.”

One startups failure is another startups gain

One reason for such a customer boom can be that TicTail, another Swedish startup and a popular e-platform, is going to shut down later this year.

“When Tictail announced that they should be closed down, their customers […] actually got two options, to move to Shopify who bought up Tictail or to choose something else. Then we were ready to strike and signal that we also exist as an alternative. […] We made a campaign specially designed for the customers who got caught up, and quickly noticed a fairly large wave of customers coming over to us.”, says Azddin Benberkan.

Furthermore, Quickbutik aims to pass over €1 million in sales in 2019 (in previous year they passed €350 thousand).

“We are currently working on something big […] Without saying too much, it is one of the biggest upcoming news and changes for how to think platform.”

In addition, the startup is moving to larger offices and we are growing expecting to expand their team by at least 5 more employees.

The startup graduated from both the Ecommerce Incubator and THINK Accelerate programme in 2015, and has been showing incredible success in the recent years. In the end of 2016, they received an investment from the e-commerce veteran Dan Nilsson, who is the founder of Fyndiq, Contentor and E-Commerce Park of Sweden.

The company is famous for incorporating modern and innovative technology, e.g. the platform was the first one to use Swish for e-sales.

“We grew by 450 percent last year and currently 20 percent month by month”, says the company’s CEO and founder Azddin Benberkan.

Benberkan also points out that due to their increasing number of customers, the team can quickly identify and analyse the e-commerce needs, which could, as a result, provide thousands of stores with valuable information.

In light of recent developments, Quickbutik, according to its own report, is currently Sweden’s fastest growing e-commerce platform.

Started in 2014, the company has grown and proven profitable over short period of time. According to Azddin Benberkan, company’s founder, the number of customers has been increasing exponentially over the recent period. Now Quickbutik’s further growth and expansion will be fueled by an investment as well as expertise from Dan Nilsson, the founder of Ehandel.se, Contentor and E-Commerce Park of Sweden.

“I have worked in the Swedish e-commerce for 15 years now. When I met Azddin and he told me about his vision, and demonstrated the technique, I was convinced immediately. It is very exciting to be part of this trip,” – said Dan Nilsson in the interview with Ehandel.se

For Azddin and his company it is Dan’s expertise that became a key factor for the investment deal.

“Dan is someone who knows a great deal about e-commerce. His expertise and extensive involvement in e-commerce will provide the Quick Shop new strong forces. I’m incredibly proud to have Dan as part of the company,” – says Azddin Benberkan, CEO of Quick Shop.

The undisclosed investment sum will primarily be used for employment of new team members.
