Hampus Jakobsson, entrepreneur and angel investor, wrote a blog post about how to build a diverse organisation. He asked women he worked with or invested in to write their opinions.
“I co-founded two startups with only-guys and not able to get above 10% non-men in the company. The first time, we were all-male friends from high-school, and the second time, we just didn’t get how important it was. We ended up having to post a job ad requiring the applicant to be a woman and ended up in the borderline of the law.”, Hampus Jakobsson writes in his blog.
