Just like any spirit. Except it's not.

The years working within the non-alcohlic industry have inevitably lead up to Gnista. Because we, and many with us, missed an interesting and complex drink that could replace spirit in no/low alco cocktails. We won’t lie and pretend that it’s been an easy ride. Self-appointed experts claimed that solving the beloved complexity of alcohol is simply impossible. Luckily, we didn’t give up.

Through a journey of ancient spirit making techniques, modern gastronomy and state-of-the-art technology, the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit that truly resembles a fine spirit saw the light of day.
