Youcruit

YouCruit helps employers discover great candidates by providing the tools necessary to look beyond the traditional resume and discover the person behind it.

Our goal is for you as an employer to never again miss a great candidate by offering you the most easy to use and effective candidate screening the recruitment industry has ever seen. This is done by not only offering completely searchable resumes in your resume portfolios with us but also with video resumes and applications where candidates can begin the interview with you even before you've met!
