Danish startup Emini has during the summer been reported to have been acquired by Swedish Intelliplan, a leader in business systems for staffing agencies. This move marks a new step for Emini as it integrates into a broader Nordic market leader, enhancing its capacity to deliver innovative staffing solutions.
Founded by Niels Wedenborg, Emini is focused on its staffing and recruitment platform, PeopleTrust, which simplifies and accelerates the management of candidates and staff. The company’s strong market presence in Denmark have made it a valuable addition to Intelliplan’s portfolio.
