NordAmps, a Lund-based deep-tech company specializing in high-performance circuits for communication systems, has received conditional approval from Nasdaq Stockholm to list its shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

NordAmps is a deep-tech innovator in high-performance circuits for communication systems, leveraging its proprietary vertical nanowire transistor technology. This technology integrates indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs), a high-performance III-V semiconductor material, with standardized silicon substrates, combining superior electrical performance with the scalability and cost-efficiency of silicon.

”The listing represents an important milestone in NordAmps’ development. Through strengthened capital resources and a broader shareholder base, we are creating the conditions to accelerate the commercialization of our technology and take the next step toward establishing a position in a global market with significant potential ahead of us.”

says Jan Andersson, CEO of NordAmps

Founded in 2017 as a spin-off from over two decades of nanoelectronics research at Lund University, NordAmps has evolved into a leading provider of high-performance circuits for applications such as satellite communication, telecom infrastructure, 5G/6G, defense, radar, and advanced sensing. The company operates under a fabless business model, focusing on technology development, circuit design, and customer relationships, while partnering with external manufacturers for production.

A significant milestone was achieved in 2025 through a collaboration with Finnish VTT, aimed at establishing a scalable European production chain capable of meeting demands for volume, quality, and cost efficiency.

”Through the listing, we are broadening our shareholder base, strengthening our access to the capital markets, and increasing our visibility among both potential investors and potential commercial partners.”

says Jan Johannesson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NordAmps

The company announced its initial public offering (IPO). The subscription period is expected to run from September 7 to September 21, 2026, with the first day of trading anticipated for September 30, 2026, under the ticker symbol NRDAMP.
