Copenhagen-based MATR, which focuses on Plant-based food, has announced a major milestone: its fermented greens are now available nationwide across Germany through REWE Lieferservice, the country’s largest grocery delivery service.
The partnership gives MATR access to around half of all German households, significantly expanding the reach of its products, which combine juicy texture, deep umami flavor, and what the company describes as a little fungi magic.
