After exiting his company Future IT Partner and transitioning into a non-operational role within the newly merged Upheads Group, serial entrepreneur Jonas Nilsson is now setting his sights on two new SaaS ventures: Docuro and Onebridge. Backed by local business angels, Nilsson is gearing up to scale both companies, following a € 290.000 (3.2 million SEK) investment round.
Jonas, who founded Future IT Partner in 2012, stepped back from day-to-day operations earlier this year after the company merged with Malmö-based Wesafe, becoming part of the Norwegian-owned Upheads Group.
Now, Jonas is launching Devbridge, the parent company behind his two new SaaS ventures.
This are Docuro, that simplifies digital signatures and document Management, and OneBridge, a HR software tailored for SMEs
Docuro is a digital e-signature and document management tool designed to streamline business agreements. The platform integrates seamlessly with CRM systems, allowing users to send contracts for digital signing, automatically archive documents, and receive reminders before agreements expire. A standout feature is its full-text search capability, making it easy to locate specific information within documents.
Jonas mentions that tool currently serves around 90 business customers, with plans to double that number within six months.
The second venture, Onebridge, is an HR platform built specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises. Unlike many HR systems designed for large corporations, Onebridge offers modular functionality that simplifies everyday tasks such as Managing employee absences and leave, tracking company equipment and onboarding new hires.
“Most HR systems are built for big companies, leaving smaller businesses feeling underserved. We’ve designed Onebridge to be flexible and scalable, so it works for companies of all sizes.”
says Jonas
While Docuro already has a solid customer base, Onebridge is in its early stages, with a focus on capturing market share in the SME segment.
“We’ve gone from a side project to a team of five full-time employees, and we’re just getting started. The goal is to grow both Docuro and Onebridge into leading solutions in their respective markets.”
says Jonas
These investors will also join Devbridge’s board, bringing strategic expertise to support the company’s expansion.
