“The acquisition of is part of the growth strategy that we now have the opportunity to do. We have chosen to buy because the technology they have developed for their file-sharing service that is interesting in the development of the new products that we are doing,” says Torben Frigaard Rasmussen from e-conomic, one of the startups at Founders House, has previously received investment from amongst other Niklas Zennströms and Janus Friis Atomico.

“We are very excited. We have fought hard to get here, so it feels really good. It was a little long journey that has now come to some kind of closure,” says Tobias Baunbæk, founder and CEO of to Version2

Tobias, Mattias and the team from will continue working at e-conomics.

“It will be something else to be a part of the e-conomic, but we have ‘warmed up’ by working together with them the last few months and found out that we can match well with what they can,” says Tobias.
