The Danish AI-powered company Humani is building an engine that makes a real impact on the way people live and work.
Humani, a company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, has raised € 2 million ($2.2 million) from amongst other Dreamcraft Ventures. The funding will be used to further develop Humani’s cutting-edge AI engine, built on a foundation of psychometrics and behavioral science, powered by vast amounts of data.
Humani is founded by Danish entrepreneurs Anders Mayntzhusen, Mik Strøyberg, and Christian Sejersen. Their mission is to democratize personal development, making it accessible and affordable for all individuals.
“When I first met Anders, Mik and Christian, we immediately connected over their mission to democratize talent development in organizations and together as a team, they bring a winning combination of experience and heart to lead this change,”
says Carsten Sallin, General manager at Dream Craft Venture
The AI engine combines assessments, exercises and other data sources to gain a deep understanding of an individual’s strengths, interests, and motivations. Analyzing this rich data set, our algorithm provides highly individualized guidance for personal development and navigating career choices.
One of the key features of our engine is its ability to learn and evolve as the user base grows. And this ability extends far beyond the individual, as it can equally advise on how to work with other people with different profiles, build stronger teams, and measure the impact across organizations. Making it possible for everyone to truly get the most out of their true potential.
”Talent development is a top priority for the new generation of employees, and Humani is bringing this into the hands of all employees, not just a lucky few. With their platform, every talent is given access to opportunities for growth, self-improvement and well-being”
added Nico Blier-Silvestri, Head of People & Culture at Dreamcraft
Humani will activate their first products for both individuals and organizations later this year.
“We are thrilled to have the support of Dreamcraft Ventures as we work to revolutionize the way people approach their careers and launch our first product. With this funding, we will be able to take our cutting-edge AI/ML engine to the next level and make a real impact on the way people live and work,”
said Anders Mayntzhusen, CEO of Humani. “
