Want to join a startup community, find a co-founder or simply meet interesting and like-minded people? Here’s some selected events for upcoming week in the Greater Copenhagen Area.



On 23rd of November you’ve got a chance to join the largest gathering of people interested in the startups community in southern Sweden at what has already become reoccurring Startup Live in Malmo. Participants can meet and talk with entrepreneurs, investors, employees from startups and large companies as well. It is a great chance to get inspiration and learn.

The event does not have any specific topic; it is open for various backgrounds of interests, so the meeting is relevant for anyone within the start up community.

During the evening it you can take a part in panel discussion with the Board of Malmo Startups, represented by Min Doktor, Drivhuset, MindPark, Fast Track Malmo, Nordic Ecommerce Summit and Investor, listen to startup stories told by Prisjakt, Fieldly and Tendo, and chat with Chairman of the Board at Crunchfish.

Another interesting event in Malmo this week is Startup Dojo. The event is held by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. During the event entrepreneurs meet to exchange ideas and help each other to get better in their startup projects. Attendees will meet with mentors: Erik Starck, David Degbor and Victoria Paleykova.

According to organizers, participants have to be entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs with an idea of a startup in their heads to join the meeting, as this are will be covered during the evening.

Later, participants can discuss their ideas with others, maybe more experienced, entrepreneurs.

Participants of The Founder Institute Information Session will have a chance to know more about an effective step-by-step program to start a company: how to transit from employee to entrepreneur, test startup ideas, build a team, find first customers, raise funding and much more. By joining the event, participants also can meet with local CEOs, ask questions and learn from the best how to start a company in Copenhagen.

The event is created for people with all kinds of ideas and interests who would like to start their own company, but don’t know exactly how. According to the organizers, during this evening, participants can learn the most important things needed to start a thriving company.

This evens is made to identify and inspire entrepreneurial students, who have a great idea and want to be their own boss. The aim is to cover all aspects of starting a business in one afternoon. It is organized by Venture Cup Denmark.
