The Helsingborg-based SaaS company Proplab, led by CEO Naomi Hamilton, has developed an innovative AI-driven tool aimed at making it easier for property owners to lease vacant spaces. After generating significant interest, Proplab has secured a fresh capital injection of € 450.000 (5 million SEK).

Visualizing Spaces with AI

Proplab’s platform allows property owners to capture images of empty spaces and generate visual concepts for various purposes and styles using AI. Users can input prompts such as “gym”, ”store” or “office” to receive customized visualizations that help attract potential tenants.

“We want to solve the problem of empty spaces by giving property owners the tools to visualize them in a way that appeals to tenants. Our platform enables proactive marketing and customized solutions that can be sent directly to potential renters,”

said Naomi Hamilton, Proplab’s founder and CEO to Breakit

Overwhelming Investor Interest

Proplab attracted many investors interest in its recent funding round. Skåne Ventures, Loop Capital, and several angel investors participated. Naomi attributes this success to early product-market fit and an already growing customer base.

“We were overwhelmed by the positive response. We had to set a hard limit and even turn down investors,”

she said.

Growth and International Expansion

With the new capital, Proplab is gearing up for rapid growth. The company has hired a salesperson to expand its reach, and plans for international expansion are already in motion. Additionally, the platform will see new features based on customer needs to help solve day-to-day challenges in the real estate industry.
