Helsingborg will host REAL Impact, a one-day Supply Chain Innovation Forum, on Monday, October 19, 2026, as part of Helsingborg Tech Week. The forum runs for one day and brings together supply chain, logistics, and tech leaders for a day focused on turning ideas into real-world impact.
According to the event page, the day is built around honest conversations about what technology actually delivers, with every session grounded in what practitioners are currently building and shipping, rather than abstract keynotes. It is organized by E-commerce Park in collaboration with Lund University and Helsingborgs Handelsförening.
Topics on the agenda include AI across the supply chain, automated warehouses, order fulfilment and customer experience, return management, demand planning, sustainable omnichannel delivery, and trends in the 3PL market.
The speaker lineup features practitioners and researchers from across the Nordic logistics scene. Highlights include Patrik Johnfors and Jesper Brandin of Nowaste Logistics on automated warehouses, Paul Kleiby of Network Logistics and Henrik Sällman of Reeinvent on AI as the layer connecting the supply chain, and a case presentation on how Stadium and Lund University turned return-management research into real-world practice, featuring Jonas Hessler, CEO of Sweef and former IKEA executive, Markus Nordlund of Inretrn, and researcher Klas Hjort.
Lund University researchers Henrik Pålsson and Yulia Vakulenko will also take the stage, with Vakulenko presenting findings from 100 million Amazon reviews on the moments customers care about most. Axel Lindgren of Bring closes the day with a look at 3PL market trends and shifting consumer behaviour.
The afternoon includes two rounds of facilitated breakout sessions where attendees can dig into specific topics in smaller groups. The forum wraps up with an open afterwork at Mindpark from 16:30 to 18:30, welcoming all Helsingborg Tech Week attendees.
