Malmö based Bookboost, which runs a hospitality CRM platform, has announced a € 3.6 million funding round led by Vendep Capital. This investment marks a pivotal moment for the company as it aims to redefine guest engagement in the hospitality industry.
Bookboost’s innovative approach to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sets it apart from traditional systems. By integrating an advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Multi-Channel CRM, Bookboost not only manages guest data but also activates and monetizes it. The platform leverages AI-driven automation to deliver hyper-personalized communication across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
As the hospitality sector increasingly embraces data-driven strategies, Bookboost’s solutions enable hotels to centralize guest data, personalize interactions, and enhance customer lifetime value (CLTV). The new funding will fuel the development of Bookboost’s platform, ensuring seamless guest engagement across various communication channels from a unified ecosystem.
“This investment is a game-changer. Hotels that own their guest relationships outperform the rest—this funding allows us to double down on our mission to help hotels unlock the full potential of their guest data, creating personalised and meaningful guest journeys at scale.”
says Willem Rabsztyn, CEO of Bookboost
With the rising demand for guest-centric and automated communication solutions, Bookboost plans to accelerate product development, strengthen AI-driven automation, and support more hotel brands in delivering tailored guest experiences. The company will also expand its team to better serve hoteliers worldwide.
“We’ve been engaging with Bookboost for a long time, witnessing its impressive growth, ability to attract top talent, and expand its product and go-to-market strategy. Over time, we knew we wanted to be part of this journey,”
says Sami Ahvenniemi, General Partner at Vendep Capital
This is the company’s first larger funding. According to Swedish Tech News Bookboost previously registered a bit over € 1 million in equity funding, raised from angel investors, LU Ventures, and Fast Track Capital
This investment reinforces Bookboost’s position as CRM and guest communication platform for hospitality brands seeking to scale their digital strategies and enhance customer engagement.
