Location services, quantified self, city planning, traveling and exploration. It is all about location, a topic which will be the focus of Location Day mini conference followed by a night long hackathon. Location has become an important layer of the web. We can add location tags to the many online activities and track moves of others. It is already out there but there is still much more to explore.
“It’s exciting times of location based services and it’s exciting times for anyone interested in it. We want to give you a day filled with inspiration and knowledge about location; where we are now and where we might be heading and how it affects us all,” describes Petter Palander the upcoming event.
