Minc Malmö is organizing an event, which aims at teaching people about how to avoid mistakes others have already explored, by focusing on failed recruitments and stories about the mistakes that can be made when putting together a team.
Their first guests, Ida Edström from Titan IT (hiring manager with many years of experience in finding the right person to the right place in the foremost IT industry) and Daniel Melkersson (founder of Crowd and PinMeTo) will share their mistake experiences from the construction team in startup companies. More guests will follow as well.
