TicTac Interactive (‘TicTac’), a Malmö-based SAAS developer of corporate learning solutions, announced that it has acquired Danish Key2Know. Key2Know is intending to change its name to TicTac as a result of the acquisition.

The capital raised will be utilized to establish a strong market presence and expand in the Danish market, as well as provide TicTac’s larger product offering to Key2Know’s clients. The investment intends to make the company the premier Edtech provider for businesses in Northern Europe.

Following the partnership and acquisitions with Key2Know, the team will transfer smoothly so that clients may use Tictac’s services on a broader platform. With over 200 Danish corporate customers, Key2Know is a well-established provider of corporate e-learning solutions in the Danish market.

TicTac Interactive has been delivering corporate e-learning solutions to companies and organizations, making it one of the major Nordic EdTech providers. Trelleborg, Coop, Maquet, The Red Cross, and Region Skåne are among their clientele.
