:agile Nordic, the accelerator for startups run by the energy company E.ON, has opened up applications for its spring 2018 program, according to a press release.
The accelerator program, located in Malmö (Sweden), starts in February and will run for five months. Six startups will take part of its fourth batch.
“The program is aimed to early and mid-stage startups that are somehow related to the energy sector, with a potential focus on areas such as sustainability, cleantech, renewables, smart home, energy efficiency, facility management, IoT related to industry and energy sales”, says Sara Hamlin, operational lead.
The six chosen teams will get access to up to 30 000 euros in seed funding, training, mentoring, office space as well as access to several industry experts, who will lead them in the process of building and scaling their business.
Interested startups can apply until December 9th on www.eon.se/agile.
The :agile accelerator program has, since its start in Germany in 2013, accelerated over 145 startups. :agile Nordic started in the beginning of 2016 and has accelerated 13 startups to date.
