Wellbefy is a healthtech startup working with employee wellbeing. They provide an employee experience survey evaluating wellbeing in the workplace. In comparison to more traditional surveys, our is performed more frequently and with focus on helping leaders as well as co-workers to increase wellbeing and in the longer run organizational growth and sustainable development. This by applying the understanding of human capital as the most important KPI.
