The Future Retail Incubator, one of Europes leading program designed to support early-stage e-commerce businesses, is now accepting applications for its upcoming cohort. The incubator, based at E-commerce Park of Sweden, offers a one-year program focused on helping entrepreneurs grow their online business.

A Program for the Next Generation of E-Commerce

The Future Retail Incubator is tailored for startups and web shops looking to take their first steps toward building a successful e-commerce business. The program provides coaching, education, and a strong network of industry experts and fellow entrepreneurs, equipping participants with the tools and connections needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.

Several alumni of the program have gone on to achieve significant success, with some reaching over € 10 million in annual revenue. The incubator not only helps increase traffic and sales but also supports founders in realizing their long-term business ambitions.

What the Program Offers

The Future Retail Incubator runs for one year, with new participants joining in both the autumn and spring terms. The program includes:

  • Bi-weekly sessions on Tuesdays, covering key topics in e-commerce.
  • Specialized workshops focusing on solving real-world challenges.
  • Expert-led training in areas such as marketing, social media, e-commerce law, online sales, and website optimization, and AI.
  • Sustainability-focused sessions, including circular economy practices, consumer behavior shifts, and regulatory compliance for sustainable business models.

The program is free of charge, but participants are expected to be actively engaged, attending all sessions and contributing to the collaborative learning environment.

Who Can Apply?

The incubator is looking for motivated entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:

  • An active e-commerce business that has already processed its first orders.
  • Commitment to participate in all bi-weekly Tuesday meetings and actively contribute to discussions.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a transparent, non-competitive environment where knowledge-sharing is encouraged.

A Strong Alumni Network

Past participants often remain part of the E-commerce Park community even after completing the program. Many continue to use the incubator’s facilities, such as office and warehouse spaces, and engage in networking events. Some alumni also return as mentors, helping new participants navigate their e-commerce journeys.

“The incubator gave me an invaluable network of peers and mentors who provided both support and inspiration. It’s not just about growing your business—it’s about being part of a movement toward a more sustainable and conscious e-commerce industry.”

says Sylvia Heuvelman, founder of Soothla and a former participant.

How to Apply

The deadline for applications is August 31, 2025. Entrepreneurs interested in joining the program can apply via the Future Retail Incubator’s website.
