Recualizer, a recent graduate of the THINK accelerator program in Helsingborg has been accepted into Startupbootcamp IoT & Data and is set to receive an investment of 15 000 euro (140 000 SEK).

Recualizer is a smart evaluation tool that helps companies recruit better, faster and more accurately. Hiring a stranger into a company can be risky, Recualizer’s scientific approach to candidate evaluation uses a combination of data and art to help recruiters discover the person behind the CV and minimize risk.

The team is currently in Barcelona and just finished an intense 2 days of interviews with Startupbootcamp staff members and mentors. Shortly after learning about their acceptance into the program, Recualizer co-founder Aika Murzabulatova expressed

“We came to Barcelona hoping for the best, and we are thrilled to have been accepted into a world renowned program that will help us place greater emphasis on sales and to scale internationally outside of Sweden.”

The Recualizer team was a part of the first batch of the THINK accelerator program in Helsingborg, from which 6 startups graduated.

“Our 3-month journey at THINK was about customer discovery and iterating on our product so that we would be ready to take in customers and investment. Today we have evaluated over 260 people with our smart recruitment tool and will now receive an investment of 140 000 SEK from Startupbootcamp,” says Arman Murzabulatov, co-founder at Recualizer.

The Helsingborg-based startup was among over 300 companies who applied to join Startupbootcamp IoT & Data in Barcelona, and is one of 11 promising startups to be accepted into the program.
