Lean Startup, a concept formulated and brought to attention by Erick Ries, has gotten alot of followers. The concept is quite simple – take the best from the Lean management philosophy, that has made big companies such as Toyoto successfull, and apply it on startups. With some clever twists you get some unexpected but good “rules”, which can help you alot when you run a newly formed company.
