The market leading email marketers and marketing automation ProspectEye and Apsis have signed an agreement to consolidate their positions to become the leading provider in Scandinavia. Together they expect yearly revenues to reach 250M SEK, or around €28M, in 2014.
The business strategy is marketing automation, which involved software or web based platforms designed for marketing departments and organizations to automate repetitive tasks and improve conversions. A service which can create substantial value for marketers, by improving customer experiences and increasing sales. This is an area where both ProspectEye and Apsis have been able to build a lot of experience over the years. ProspectEye has recently developed a close working relationship with Apsis, and they already share common clients.
