Food Hack at Krinova has already become an annual event, and this means that it’s coming back again at the end of January, so don’t miss out a chance to meet all the food enthusiast and experts gathered at one place. A hackathon is an event which will last for the whole weekend. The aim of the meeting is to gather people with different skills, backgrounds and mindsets to create a “hack” solution.
This year’s theme is Connectivity of Food. It contains several subtopics like:
- What values can create new technology, connected with the food’s journey from farm to table?
- How can we cultivate, produce and consume smarter?
However, the topic is wider than just technology.
The schedule is simple, on Friday afternoon you will get listen to Tine Thygesen’s presentation about food, innovation and connectivity. There will also be food, mingle and music by LUR. After that there will be time for pitching. You can pitch your challenge or join a team of someone else’s pitch. The hacking will last through the whole weekend and will end on Sunday afternoon. During the final, teams will present their entries during the demo hour. After lunch, the jury and the audience will announce the winner.
If you are interested in food and connectivity and want to take part in creating a project with people from various backgrounds, don’t wait and register!
The entrance costs 495 sek + 25 sek fee (50% discount for students is available) for Friday and Saturday. Sunday demo show is free of charge.
