In a new collaboration designed to strengthen ties across the Øresund region, Rapidus and Danske Bank have announced a joint initiative to connect entrepreneurs, business leaders, and investors on both sides of the strait. This partnership aims to broaden Rapidus’ exclusive network, offering more resources and opportunities specifically geared toward entrepreneurship and leadership across Sweden and Denmark.
The initiative will combine Rapidus established events—such as breakfast meetings and after-work events—with new pitch sessions, providing tailored networking experiences for members. These events will create platforms for entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas, attract potential investors, and engage in meaningful exchanges with business leaders across the region.
“With a special focus on venture capital and networking, we hope this collaboration will bring significant value to entrepreneurs and business leaders throughout the region. By joining forces with Rapidus, we can effectively connect Danske Bank’s network of angel investors with entrepreneurs and leaders in the Öresund region.”
said Niklas Lundqvist at Danske Bank
Gunnar Wrede, Editor-in-Chief at Rapidus, says the partnership is a natural fit, capitalizing on complementary strengths and shared objectives.
“I am thrilled about our new collaboration with Danske Bank. Our networks on both sides of the Öresund complement each other extremely well,”
said Gunnar Wrede.
Through this initiative, Rapidus and Danske Bank aim to support the region’s growth by creating a dynamic ecosystem that fosters innovation, strengthens investment, and builds a community of forward-thinking leaders and investors across the Øresund region.
