Stickerapp.com, a service for ordering the all too famous sticker for laptops, widely used amongst startups, has recently been in a big deal. The startup has over the last years grown a lot – from € 6 million to reportedly over € 12 million in revenue, with a margin of 40%.
Now it has been reported that the startup has the investment firm Creades on board, in a deal for € 14 million. For that Creades gets a 51% equity stake.
“We are happy and proud of Creades’ trust and believe that with their experience and resources they will be an excellent partner in our continued expansion into both new product areas and additional geographical markets,” says Hugo Ljungberg, co-founder.
StickerApps official name is PRNT, and the operations are based in Lomma, an suburban municipality between Malmö and Lund.
“We are very impressed by the company’s founders, which from the head office in Lomma have created a fast-growing and highly profitable company that is today one of the world’s leading players in its niche. The company has significant similarities to other successful investments in Creade’s portfolio, such as a strong strategic position where it benefits from the fast-moving digitization of the printing industry, efficient production and, most importantly, a very strong focus on customer satisfaction ” says John Hedberg, CEO Creades.
