During the 25th and 26th of March a group of entusiasts are hosting an event called 3D Meetup Sweden. It’s a meetup for beginners as well as 3D-printing enthusiasts and will be the biggest meetup so far in Sweden. It also includes big names from the scene, such as Thomas Sanladerer.
“Our goal is to bring people together to share, learn and innovate. We can host a maximum of 200 people per day, including a maximum of 40 who will bring their printers and spend the weekend on site.” says Jonathan Lundström, one of the organizers.
The event will be held at Mindpark, in the Think Open Space venue. It includes both sessions, lecture and workshops, such as using Amazon Echo to control 3D-printer, getting started with TinkerCad, Autodesk Fusion 360 and a lot of other. Full program here.
“We’re offering a good platform to learn more about different 3D technologies, get to know new people, take courses and lectures in modelling software, finish that project you once started or share your knowledge with the rest of the visitors.” Jonathan says.
