Zendesk, famous for the approach to make an integrated help desk and help take costumer service to a new level, has just finished a major investment round. With backers such as Goldman Sachs and Benchmark Capital, the company managed to raise more then €45M ($60M) in capital.

The company says it aims to use the investments to expand abroad and to prepare for an IPO.

Zendesk has so far succeeded extremely well in makin B2B “sexy”, and has a long list of impressive costumers.
