The software development education and mentoring startup Edument has announced that Q4 2012 was a period of rapid growth. And the growth continues into 2013.
“Already, in January we have secured SEK 3,5M worth of orders, which feels really good”
– Tore Nestenius, co-founder.
The turnover for 2012 was SEK 3,4M.
This rapid growth also means that the company needs to recruit highly skilled professionals to be able to deliver on their many orders.
“The greatest threshold right now for us is the lack of people with the competence we demand”
– Acke Salem, co-founder.
The consultants at Edument are all specialists in different fields of software development. The consultants work as mentors, in the actual development process with one-to-one programming help or in helping companies developing their methodology.
