Malmö-based TicTac Group, a leader in the European e-learning market, has announced the acquisition of Stockholm-based AI startup Skillhabit. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing TicTac’s technology offerings and broadening its reach in the e-learning sector across Europe.

Skillhabit has developed a platform that uses artificial intelligence to streamline the creation and delivery of learning experiences, particularly in areas like employee training and customer education. The company has established a customer base in Northern Europe, including in Germany.
