The Malmö-based startup eAktiebok is launching overseas, opening the Dutch service eAandelenregister.
eAktibok was founded in 2013 and its main service is helping unlisted companies with database management and stock registers. The company also gives other companies support for securities transactions, corporate administration and information retrieval. eAktiebok is constantly developing the service to simplify and promote entrepreneurship in Sweden.
The startup received a big success in the home country and now they decided to expand to the Netherlands, so the system had to be adapted to Dutch law. Thus, the company is facing a major challenge – every time eAktiebok opens up in another country, they have to study through laws and regulations of that state.
eAandelenregister’s offer is exactly like eAktiebok’s and their aim is to improve the capital market for unlisted companies.
