The race is on: get your tickets now for Accelerace’s Summer Investor Day, to be held June 18 from 13.00-17.00 at Cafe Elefanten in Copenhagen. Tickets are free of charge for business angels, investors and Accelerace partners, and 300DK for the remainder who might simply want to hear some great pitches and gain some experience.
The Event
As usual, the Danish business investment corporation invites members of the startup community to join for a few hours of innovative fun. The event, held twice annually, is the perfect opportunity for small-scale startups to source inspiration and finances, as well as a good platform for investors to find interesting firms to support. It is also a celebration of the most extraordinary startups that Accelerace has taken under its wing this past season.
15 startups affiliated with Accelerace are expected to be present. These few have been selected specifically based on their merits, and include Coinify – hailed the PayPal for BitCoin – and Teleskin which makes hardware, software, and mobile solutions for the early diagnosis of skin cancer, melanoma, and other dermatological conditions. Read about all the pitching startups here. The investors to whom the startups will pitch include representatives from IKEA, CAPNOVA and SEED Capital.

Accelerace, being Scandinavia’s biggest accelerator, believe that entrepreneurship can be taught and learned, and recognize that most successful startups have worked hard for their success; which is why Accelerace works actively with startups, through events like Investor Day, to give them the tools necessary to attain success.
