Denmark has for the past 2 years had an tax that has been nicknamed the “entreprenuership tax”. It was originaly implemented in order to tax portfolio investments, but the effect was that it made equity sharing for startups alot harder. Last week the social-liberal party Radikale Venstre finally abolished the tax.
