Qontra is a startup in the legal field that will be launched by the end of 2013. Through a simple subscription process businesses will be able to join Qontra’s online platform to solve a number of legal issues on their own instead of relying on classic lawyer help.
“There is a really great potential to change the way entrepreneurs and small businesses get legal help. We have a completely different approach to law, and it will come to firms. We will be the first to make law understandable, fast and user-friendly,” says Kristian Holte, lawyer and co-founder to Trends Online
Qontra’s customers will be offered standardized solutions for legal issues and contracts, online negotiations and editing of documents with business partners, 100% legally binding online signatures and secure storage of signed documents. To access the platform the companies will pay a fixed fee of 399 dollars for unlimited access to all content while lawyer’s hourly rate ranges from 1,500 to 2,500 pounds.
Qontra’s new service will definitely simplify legal procedures and increase efficiency of both domestic and international companies. To follow the latest developments subscribe to Qontra’s newsletter or follow them on Facebook, where it is also possible to receive a legal advice.
