Media site realityportalen.dk has been acquired by Egmont. It will incorporated into Egmonts upcoming media strategy for it’s Her&Nu site.
“Realityportalen.dk is a well established site in its target audience, which fits very well to what we want with Herognu.dk. It is a good fit for our digital projects, that are core for our strategy,” says Klaus Høeg-Hagensen, CEO of Egmont Publishing.
Realityportlen’s founder Jeanet Rosenkjær Horstmann, started the business in 2012 as part of a university project, while studying journalism. The quickly became an established player in it’s niche, and in 2014 she was nominated for the entrepreneur price at IVÆKST.
How much the acquisition is worth has not been announced.
